Every new year begins with a brand new new year’s resolution. While my GREEN JUICE is not so much a new year’s resolution, it is still part of the healthy eating plan I have for 2013.
Today I would like to share with you my GREEN JUICE recipe so you can start your morning with one too!
- 2 organic apples
- 2 organic cucumbers large
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 chunk of organic ginger
- 4 leaves of organic green kale
- 1/2 stalk of organic celery
- 1/2 bunch organic parsley
- 1 cup cold water
Chop up all ingredients and place them in a Vitamix blender (or high powered blender of choice). Blend, Pour, Enjoy!
Green juice is a great way to eat the required servings of fruits and vegtables in a day and a great detox for the body.
